To celebrate our ospreys safe arrival we are having a special osprey themed weekend at Loch of the Lowes- this Saturday and Sunday.

As well as a chance to see the birds live and on camera, with knowledgeable staff and volunteers around to help  answer questions, there will some serious family fun! We have an interactive quiz trail set up and lots of osprey themed craft for kids- all available free with visitor centre entry all weekend, just drop in!

On Saturday at 2pm the ranger is giving a talk on Osprey migration, including the very latest research and satellite tracking results. there is a small extra charge, with proceeds to our satellite tracking fund.

Lastly, on Sunday we have an exciting guest speaker Stewart Miller , speaking about his fascinating work on Eastern Imperial Eagles at 2pm by donation.
