Webcams back – for now

As you will have no doubt seen by now the webcams are back up and running for the time being. Lindsay our volunteer camera technician extraordinaire was here after hours yesterday and has managed to put in place a temporary fix which allows us to stream the osprey HD camera during the day, plus the red squirrel feeder cam.

There will be further downtime however, as we work on  permanent repairs to the camera system. It is likely that the cameras will be off for a period of time today as we are due to switch over broadboand suppliers at some point. Please bear with us as we try to get everything back to normal.

Thanks once again to everyone who has donated money in support of the repairs. Your rapid response has been overwhelming and we’re all extremely grateful.
