Loch of the lowes info 16 October

Good Morning All,

It’s one of those mornings where my computer does not whish to play today.

What beautiful crisp morning here at Lowes it must have been a wee bit colder last night.  We will have to get the thermometer out so we can start to record the temperature.

Well wasn’t it a busy night at the feeding station, I expect it to get even more attractive to wildlife as we get deeper into winter.  The pine marten showed at what seems to be his regular time, he did get a scare when the deer arrived but he did not go very far as you could still see him in the picture when the deer came into view.  Mr Fox showed as well, let’s hope he will prove to be a regular at the feeding station.  I would think as we get deeper into winter the feeders will become more and more attractive to the wildlife around the loch.

I have not managed out to the hide yet so I can’t give you an update on the loch but I will get out there soon.

Peter
