Loch of the Lowes Info 12th Oct

I was greeted by a blanket of mist when I arrived this morning, another grey day. However, yesterday ended beautifully and here are some views of the Loch:

The temperature dropped to freezing last night, which seems to, thankfully, killed of the gazillion midge/mozzy things and we haven’t had to hoover the ceiling this morning!
Moss made his earliest visit in a while at 7.19pm and stayed for his usual 5 minute feast. He did seem very nervous and seemed to be keeping a constant look out. He returned again a 1.36am for 4 minutes and then again at 2.04am for his final 6 minute feast.
There were 4 fallow deer filling up their bellies for quite some time last night, and the hedgehog would appear everytime the deer moved away from the feeders.
