News Update 26th April

Many of you will have heard  via the media the sad news that a local walker found a deceased person yesterday on the hill adjacent to the reserve. Contrary to some press reports, this was not on the reserve or SWT owned land, but some way off.

We have been told by the police that there are no suspicious circumstances and that the person has been deceased for some time.

Our thoughts and sympathies go out to the person, and their family and friends at this sad time.

The footpath between the Loch of the Lowes and Dunkeld ( via Fungarth) has now officially been reopened , and the reserve and all its facilities are open as normal.
