Loch of the Lowes information 4th December

Brrrrrr!

It certainly is a chilly day here, although the snow has started to melt and huge icicles have formed around the Vistor Centre. I am huddled in the office with a late lunch and coffee in hand, watching the remains of the day slip into a stunning deep red sunset.

The Loch is almost completely frozen over, leaving a small pool for the ducks and swans to congregate.
