Wildlife Village 3rd Oct

There seems to be a void at Lowes this morning, something is missing…or someone.
Such is the nature of the conservation business (no pun intended!) that people, birds, mammals, come and go, move on to bigger and brighter things, and we must let them, however hard it may seem at first, it is natures way.

I have no doubt that we will see/hear from Rinchen soon and I’m sure he will pop in every now and again to keep an eye on all of us! He will be missed here, but we all wish him a fond farewell and thank him for all that he has done.

Slainte mhath, Rinchen

Kind friends and companions, come join me in rhyme
Come lift up your voices in chorus with mine
Let’s drink and be merry, all grief to refrain
For we may or might never all meet here again

Here’s a health to the company, likewise to my lass
Let us drink and be merry all out of one glass
Let us drink and be merry, all grief to refrain
For we may or might never all meet here again

Here’s a health to the dear lass that I love so well
Her style and her beauty, sure none can excel
There’s a smile upon her countenance as she sits on my knee
Sure there’s no one in in this wide world as happy as we

My ship lies in harbor, she’s ready to sail
God grant her safe voyage, without any gale
And if we should meet again, be it land or on sea
I will always remember your kindness to me
