General Wildlife Village 22nd Sept

Sorry for the delay in posting the blogs this morning folks, no-ones computer appears to have woken up this morning! I know how they feel.
I’m trying out another name for our ‘forum’, what do we think?
We’re also thinking about giving you all topics for discussion every so often, i.e. ‘Todays topic is whaling. Discuss’, to allow you to share opinions, questions and also do some research. We like to keep educating you all and be educated in return as you all have a wealth of knowledge to share too. What do you think about this idea?

To follow on from the topic of cleaning feeders, the disease Trichomoniasis is a parasite that affects mainly finches, but can be passed to any bird species through saliva and outbreaks are most common in summer and autumn, during breeding season and when large amounts of birds congregate in one area. Happy blogging 🙂
