Falls of Clyde Wildlife Watch Group

When?

The group meets once a month, usually between 10 and 12noon, but please do check individual events as times can vary.

Where?

Our nature loving group meet monthly (normally the first Saturday of the month) at Falls of Clyde Visitor Centre and do loads of different outdoor activities like pond dipping, badger watching, animal tracking, tree adopting and lots of fun and games along the way.

For who?

Also known as “The Hawks”, The Falls of Clyde Wildlife Watch group arranges a variety of fun activities and events for children aged 5 to 14 years, children under 8 need to bring an adult.

 

What we do

The Falls of Clyde Wildlife Watch group meets once a month in the picturesque surroundings of the Falls of Clyde nature reserve, New Lanark. From nature trails to scavenger hunts, arts and crafts to fungal forays, there are loads of cool ways to get closer to wildlife in your area.

Falls of Clyde Wildlife Watch Group

The Falls of Clyde National Nature Reserve is a remarkable place; it boasts an inspirational landscape of beautiful ancient woodlands, an abundance of rare and protected wildlife including peregrine falcons and badgers, and of course, spectacular waterfalls.
