Castlemilk Explorers

Castlemilk Explorers is a  group for 7-12 year olds to learn about nature in a fun and friendly environment. Run in partnership with the Cassiltoun Housing Association and led by their Community Woodland Officer, it is brand new for 2018 and is currently the only Wildlife Watch group in Glasgow!

What we do

Members of Castlemilk Explorers will take part in all sorts of fun activities, from mini beast hunting to natural crafts. There’s something for everyone and a chance to learn new skills too!

We meet once a month at Castlemilk Stables, at times and dates listed in the session details. The first session will be in March 2018. Pre-booking is essential.

How to get involved

Pre-booking is essential for these popular sessions. If you would like more information or to book a place, please contact Stuart Whittaker, Community Woodland Officer. See our contact information section for details. You can also find us on Facebook: Castlemilk Park Project.
