One extraordinary bird. One mammoth journey. Follow Britain’s oldest breeding osprey – known as Lady by many fans across the world – on her 21st visit to Loch of the Lowes in Highland Perthshire.
Lisa Trainer filmed this incredible osprey in HD (high definition) during 2011 as part of her final Masters project at the University of Salford.
Using contemporary footage, combined with archive webcam clips exclusive to the Scottish Wildlife Trust, this film looks at why Lowes’ resident female osprey is considered such an extraordinary example of survival against the odds.
