Mind where you step
There are signs of badger activity all over the reserve at the moment.
One thing you may want to watch out for are the latrines (toilets) that the badgers use.
These are simply holes in the ground, dug by the badgers, which are filled with a very dark and quite runny poo.
Not only are these used to keep their living quarters clean, but they also act as markers, indicating the territories of each clan.
