Youtube videos

Hi all,

Thank you for being so understanding about the recent issues with the web cam, as you will now know we are back up and running and we are hopeful that there will be no more issues.

As promised, I am currently in the process of uploading videos to youtube of some recent action.  I will add the links to this post when they are ready.

Although we are now recording 24hrs a day to ensure we capture the footage of the chicks hatching, if one hatches during the night, the footage may not be good enough quality to put out on the internet.  Lets hope that the chick arrives tomorrow in daylight.

Its a very stormy night here at Loch of the Lowes, Lindsay and I have been out to the hide to take some footage of the terrible conditions here tonight, which I am currently uploading to youtube as we speak.

Although the rain is very heavy, the resident female has sheltered down deep into the nest and is keeping as dry/warm as she can.  She has had two good meals today so hopefully she will settle down for the night and we await to see if a new arrival comes tomorrow!

21st May 2011, 8:27pm – Stormy weather at Loch of the Lowes

15th May 2011, 08:20am – 7Y delivers extra large fish to resident female

Thanks all

Roxanne
