Loch of the Lowes Information 14th November

Morning Folks!

It’s been a  chilly start to the day here, it was -3 when I arrived here this morning and the sky looked rather bleak. Over the last few weeks the Loch has swelled considerably with the huge amount of rainfall we’ve been getting here! Last night the Fallow Deer came  a few times to munch away  at the food I’d put out.i just hope that our pinemarten will make a return visit! Yesterday we saw the squirrels (two individuals, I think) come out on three separate occasions, which was heartening indeed. I  believe this has been the best squirrel activity we’ve had for over a fortnight now so its comforting to know they’re still around!
