Loch of the Lowes Info 6th Nov

Just realised I hadn’t put this page up this morning, oops!

The squirrel talk went well this morning and was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Unfortunately there have been no sightings of any reds today. They have been very elusive of late with only sporadic sightings every few days. It’s most probably down to the time of year, when natures bounty flourishes and every wild thing (and not so wild) is off collecting for their winter store. So I am not concerned just yet. They’ll be back when food gets scarce.
The pine marten seems to be going through the same elusive stage, and is possibly enjoying the harvest while it lasts.
