Loch of the Lowes info 2 November 2010

Good morning all

What a wet and windy night no wonder we never saw a thing at the feeders apart from the usual ducks. It is supposed to brighten up later today. There has been a lot of waxwing sightings around lowes but not on the reserve, we don’t have enough of what they want. I do believe (according to Toby) there was a flock of a 1000 up north, now that’s a lot of wax wings even Toby has only seen just over 200 at once.
