Loch of the Lowes Info 13 Nov

Morning folks,

Sorry to those who switched on their cams and didn’t see me wave *waves*

A rather dreary start to the day at Lowes. I saw  (and heard) the black headed  gulls settle on the loch at 8’00 clock this morning. All was still on this Loch  when  I went out to the hides, there were a few Golden eye and Tufted Duck around. Most of the lovely colours have turned to muddy shades of grey and brown. I think Autumn ihas pretty much passed us by   A cursory glance at the met  office weather forecast next week tells me we are in for more cold days and foggy mornings. I just hope that the imminent cold snap will bring tons more bird (and squirrel) activity to the feeders.

In the meantime, wrap up warm, whereever you are!

I apologies if moderating is rather slow today, it is only me in today.

Happy blogging,

Charlotte
