Wildlife diary 13th Sept

The birds are singing, the squirrels are busy munching, mallards are hoovering and the swans swanning around. The rain has stopped but where is the sun? If you are visiting this week, bring some sunshine with you please!

Another dinning reservation for the pine marten last night, we just need him to tell his friends where the best restaurant in town is. There may have been a sighting of a grey squirrel at the feeders this morning about 8.15am, but we had a malfunction with our recording equipment last night (it was mistakenly switched off!) so we can’t confirm it, but if anyone witnessed it, please let us know.
From now on we may not have a daily diary (please don’t cry!) but we will always start a new date so you can add your observations, and the diary will be written every other day, so in the meantime, talk amongst yourselves!

Happy viewing
Fiona
