The Kilmartin Museum Young Archaeology and Wildlife Club meets as an after school club. All are welcome to attend any events or workshops which are run outside of the school. We are currently looking for new members, please get in touch!

What we do

The Kilmartin Museum Young Archaeology and Wildlife Club arranges a variety of fun activities and events for children aged 11 – 16. From nature trails to scavenger hunts, arts and crafts to fungal forays, there are loads of cool ways to get closer to wildlife in your area.

If you would like to get involved, please contact the group via email or phone to book. Sessions run outside of the school are open to all.

Where and when?

Where we meet

The group meet at Lochgilpead Joint Campus and other locations around Kilmartin. Sessions in the school are currently for pupils who attend the school, with sessions outside of term time open to all. Please contact for more information.

All day workshop: SAMS Ocean Explorers Centre Visit (TBC).

FCS mini bus to collect and return pupils to KM. Please bring packed lunch, waterproofs and walking boots.
