Spey Bay Volunteer Day

Join our dedicated team of volunteers in clearing scrub to improve habitat for the rare small blue butterfly!

A monthly work party is held at the Trust’s Spey Bay Wildlife Reserve, where you can join Beth, our Reserves Project Officer in the north of Scotland, to undertake essential reserve maintenance tasks at this wonderful coastal reserve.

This month's task will include scrub clearance on the Lein to improve habitat for the rare small blue butterfly.

Tools and gloves are provided. Family friendly but children must be with an adult. Please bring lunch, snacks and plenty to drink. Suitable outdoor clothing and footwear is recommended, including warm layers and waterproofs. Parking nearby.
