Lantern making at Falls of Clyde

There will be an exciting opportunity to enjoy a lantern making workshop and parade at the Scottish Wildlife Trust's Falls of Clyde Visitor Centre on Sunday 10 November.

The lantern making workshop will take place from 10.30am to 2pm on a drop in basis, and is suitable for all the family.

You can take your lantern away after the workshop, but you can also wait until later in the afternoon so that you can join in our magical lantern parade. The parade will take place as dusk draws in at 4.30pm, walking through New Lanark and back to the Trust's Visitor Centre. All told, the parade will last approximately 20 minutes, after which seasonal refreshments, juice and biscuits will be available.

The cost of the event is £5 per lantern. For more information and to book your place at the event, please contact Laura Whitfield 01555 665262 or email fallsofclyde@swt.org.uk
