Meet our new summer intern
Hi! I am Cait, the new summer intern at the Falls of Clyde.
I have always loved the outdoors and growing up in the Yorkshire dales I loved watching wildlife up close and seeing how the seasons changed the environment. I am now a zoology student and more curious than ever.
I am very excited to be helping with the dipper watch this summer. I didn’t know much about them before I started but I have had a crash course on dippers in these first few days. I can’t wait to find out even more!
As much as I love identifying plants and invertebrates I am also very
excited to do some of the maintenance tasks. It’s something very different to what I spend the majority of my time doing and I love a challenge!
My aim is to absorb as much information as I can from the lovely staff here and gain new skills as well as improving others.
