Sponsored Night Walk
The Falls of Clyde is home to a great many species and a fantastic place to take a stroll along the river or through the woods. However, it is not just during the day that you can take a walk through the woods and there are many species that can only be spotted at night! In order to raise money for the Scottish Wildlife Trust we are holding a sponsored night walk through the reserve on the evening of Saturday 27th of September. This event is a fantastic opportunity to explore the reserve by torchlight and raise funds for a fantastic cause. The walk will be suitable for adults and children of 5 years or older and is free to those with sponsorship.

This charity walk aims to raise money in order for the Scottish Wildlife Trust to continue to protect Scotland’s wildlife and bringing more exciting events and education to the public. Please wear warm clothing, sturdy footwear and bring a torch. The event will begin at 7 pm at the Falls of Clyde visitor centre in New Lanark and last until 21:30.
For more information and to receive your sponsorship form please call our Falls of Clyde office on 01555 665 262 or email fallsofclyde@scottishwildlifetrust.org.uk and we will email you the details. This looks set to be a wonderful experience so book now and start raising money to help the trust!
Hope to see you there!
