Kingfisher sightings

I think the boardwalk has had more success of late because it’s closed, so there is little disturbance from folk apart from the workmen who are busy building us a new boardwalk!

Whenever I see a kingfisher I am always surprised at how small they are, in my mind they always seem much bigger. Maybe it’s their big personality and showy colours!

Whilst in the office last week I managed to snap a photo or two. My first was rather unsuccessful, we really need to clean our windows (if you’ve visited you will know why we haven’t tackled it often)!
