Pollok Park Wildlife Watch

When?

Last Saturday of the month from 10.30am till 12noon.

Where?

Pollok Country Park – we meet outside the entrance of the Burrell Collection.

For who?

Our group is for children aged 5-9. Parents/guardians welcome to join, but not necessary.

 

 

 

What we do

Our sessions are all about exploring the natural world and getting outdoors, packed full of fun, wildlife themed activities to keep everyone busy. Each month we’ll focus on a different theme, from birds to bugs to bats!

GROUP MEETINGS

Where and when?

Where we meet

We usually meet outside the Burrell Collection in Pollok Park at 10.30am, but please check the details provided when you book onto the session. We then head into the woods for some nature-based fun!

Directions

There are two main public car parks within Pollok Country Park, The Burrell Collection Car Park located via the Pollokshaws Road entrance and The Riverside Car Park at Pollok House located via Lochinch Road entrance. The nearest train station to the park is Pollokshaws West which is a one-minute walk from the park's main entrance at 2060 Pollokshaws Road.
