Due to a number of recent retirements we are looking for new volunteers to join our friendly and enthusiastic Committee in the following roles:

To carry on this important work the Group urgently needs a volunteer Chairperson who will ensure the Group can be run effectively, having the greatest possible impact on local wildlife as well as meeting the legal requirements of a constituted group.
Secretary
The role is primarily administrative to support the Chair and committee by:
• organising the agenda for meetings
• taking minutes
• ensuring all relevant information is circulated and action points are followed up
• monitor the Group’s generic email account, dealing with queries from members, organisations and the public.
Events
We are looking for new volunteers to help organise local events and activities. Volunteers can choose to become involved with varied activities and these can be flexible to suit volunteers’ interests, skillset and availability.
