James Campbell

A former Chief Officer of Lothian & Borders and Fife Fire and Rescue Services and currently a Non-Executive Director of The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service, James’s passion for wildlife stems from his childhood. He has studied rural and urban wildlife across Scotland and is driven to do his utmost to ensure Scotland’s natural habitat and wildlife thrives for future generations.

James brings significant experience in working closely with communities and in negotiating with local and central governments to the Trust. He has particular expertise in strategic and business planning, transformational change and managing budgets within tight spending constraints.
