Wildlife at Wardie Bay

Discover the diverse wildlife of Wardie Bay and learn how to preserve it for future generations. Join us at this drop-in event for a day of family activities!

Wardie Bay is fast becoming one of Lothian’s most popular beaches, as well as one rich in biodiversity. From 11am to 3pm, we will be presenting a series of nature activities for the whole family, letting you explore more closely the animals above and below the waters of the Forth and around our wild spaces in Edinburgh. As its popularity is only going to grow, we can also let you know how to preserve this little jewel in Edinburgh’s crown way into the future. So come along and find out more!

Family-friendly with a variety of activities suitable for adults and children, this event is part of the Edinburgh Living Landscape project. For more information about the project, visit edinburghlivinglandscape.org.uk
