Get involved in a day of woodland management, working with our 'Heart of Scotland' colleagues at the 'John Muir Trust' near the slopes of East Schiehallion. We’ll be using hand tools to thin young trees, increasing the amount of natural light and growing space for the expanding woodland.
Outdoor clothing, sturdy footwear and a packed lunch are required. A toilet is available. Please be aware that the ground is uneven and we will be working on a hillside.
Meeting location and transport arrangements will be made in advance via email from the Perthshire Ranger.
The event is an adults only session.
