Please provide the details of a person we may contact on your behalf in an emergency, so that we can respond appropriately. We will require a name and mobile number for each person attending at the time of booking.
Please also provide details of any medical condition you would like the event organiser to know about, at the time of booking, to enable an appropriate response in an emergency.
Waterproof clothing and footwear recommended. Family friendly but children 8 years and over only please, and must be with an adult. Dogs on short leads please. Binoculars recommended. There is parking available at the meeting point.
Suggested donation: £3 per person (you can donate when you book or in person on the day). All donations help us to continue to bring an interesting and varied selection of events to our audience as well as supporting local wildlife causes. Please donate if you can.
Bookable face-to-face events may be subject to change at short notice, which will be communicated to attendees via email by the organiser. Please check your email in advance of attending events. Note that booking generally ends two hours prior to the event start time.
