Cowie Shore seaweeds

Come along to discover the intertidal seaweeds at Cowie Shore, Stonehaven.

This is a joint event with the British Phycological Society. Led by marine algal expert Dr Clare Scanlan, we will explore the seaweeds found on the Cowie shore, learn how to identify them and how they are adapted to their habitats and environment.

Children (8+ years) welcome, accompanied by a responsible adult. Please bring wellies, waterproofs (in case of rain) and lunch. Identification guides will be provided.
