Butterfly conservation: a talk

Come along to find out what is happening with our butterfly populations with Iain Cowe, our local expert on all things butterfly! Iain spends most of his spare time searching for (and taking stunning photographs of) our local butterflies, and researching the changing distribution of certain species, such as the white-letter hairstreak. Iain’s talks make for an excellent evening, so do come along.

The talk will take place at Duns Parish Church Hall, Church Square, Duns, Berwickshire, TD11 3DD.

Tea and coffee will be served afterwards as well as the usual raffle being held. All children must be over 8 years of age and accompanied by an adult. This venue has disabled access and parking nearby. It is also accessible by public transport. No dogs allowed except assistance dogs.

To find out more, and for any queries, please contact Simon Wright at swtduns@gmail.com

Suggested donation: £2 per person (you can donate in person on the day). All donations help us to continue to bring an interesting and varied selection of events to our audience as well as supporting local wildlife causes. Please donate if you can.
