A daytime walk at Budle Bay

Join us to discover the birds at this hidden gem on the Northumberland coast

This trip is timed to match a receding tide to give the best opportunity to see waders and seabirds in the extensive bay. There is a viewing platform with parking nearby. There is a chance to walk further along independently if conditions permit. Bring your binoculars, telescopes and books for this one.

Meet at the viewing platform halfway along the coast road at Budle Bay. Ample roadside parking available. Grid reference NU149345, nearest postcode NE70 7EP, what3words gazes.counters.guilty. Please note the map pointer generated by eventbrite is based on a large area postcode and is not an accurate location, please use the grid reference or what3words.

Children 8 and older welcome but must be accompanied by an adult; no dogs please; possible wheel chair access. Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear.
