This year three placements are on offer based at our Falls of Clyde Visitor Centre & Wildlife Reserve, Montrose Basin Visitor Centre & Wildlife Reserve, and Jupiter Urban Wildlife Centre in Grangemouth.

The awards have been developed with our volunteer team of Young Leaders following Scotland’s Year of Young People. Our aim is for this to become a recognised and valuable programme, that helps people develop the skills and experience needed to gain paid employment in the sector.

Taking part will also provide transferable skills and experience that are recognised by employers outside of conservation and enable those who complete the awards to become champions for nature both in and outside of the work place.

If you are looking for a way to start your career, boost your CV, or just gain new skills and experience while working within our beautiful reserves, then we are interested in hearing from you.
