This year’s Edinburgh Marathon Festival runs from 24-25 May 2025.
From 5km to a full marathon, or even a relay with friends or work colleagues, there’s a distance for every level at the Edinburgh Marathon Festival. Take in the breath-taking views of our capital while raising money to support Scotland’s wildlife.

Secure your place on the Go Swim website, then let us know so that we can support you as you prepare to fundraise.
You can make it simple for your supporters to donate by setting up a fundraising page on JustGiving or asking for donations through Facebook.
Whichever event you are taking part in, make your fundraising easy by setting up a JustGiving page.
You can set yourself a target and share your page by email and on social media, making it easy for your friends and family to donate.

Creating a Facebook fundraiser is a great way to encourage your friends and family to support your fundraising.
Every penny donated to the Trust through Facebook comes directly to us, making it a simple and effective way to collect funds for your event.
