A chance for a small group to visit this mosaic of species-rich grassland, fen meadow and scrub to see the site specialities including globeflower and orchid. Summer visiting birds should be present as well as butterflies if the weather is good.
The reserve is on a steep slope and the terrain is very rough so this event is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
We will be crossing some boggy areas so wellies are essential and walking poles strongly recommended. Booking essential. Adults only. Members only. Dogs on short leads. The car park is small so cars only.
