Moth trapping and identification

Come along to Keith Hills Farm and enjoy an educational afternoon viewing moths.

Hopefully, and weather permitting, there will be the cache of several traps to examine and many moths to identify; there may be up to 100 species or more, if the weather is kind! Note that the finish time will depend on how big the catch is.

If anyone wants to bring a trap over on the previous evening to add to the collection, please send an email by the Thursday evening to twwbrain@gmail.com

Meet at the big green shed on the farm road to Keith Hills and Wester Aldie.

Booking essential.

No dogs (except assistance dogs) please due to proximity of sheep. Parking is available on site. This event is family friendly but children 8+ years and must be with an adult please. The review of moths caught will take place indoors in the shed.

For booking enquiries, email Andy Cage at andycage1@gmail.com or telephone 07402 533 353.

For enquires about the event please email twwbrain@gmail.com or telephone 07565 919 331 on the day of the event only.

Bookable face-to-face events may be subject to change at short notice, which will be communicated to attendees via email by the organiser. Please check your email in advance of attending events. Note that booking generally ends two hours prior to the event start time. If you wish to book to attend after registration has ended, and there are places still available, please contact the organiser direct using the details above.
