“Ospreys and much more” at Balgavies Loch reserve

A guided walk for enthusiastic naturalists of all ages who are interested in discovering the biodiversity of this unique reserve. The summer wildlife at Balgavies Loch includes nesting ospreys and other migrant birds as well as a variety of flourishing plant life.

Meet at Myre car park, Forfar at 1:30 to arrange car share. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please remember your binoculars if you have them, and wear suitable outdoor clothing and stout footwear. There will be livestock present so no dogs except assistance dogs. Parking is available nearby.
