Welcome to the new look Loch of the Lowes blog!

With osprey season nearly upon us, we are delighted to welcome you to the relaunched Loch of the Lowes blog.

We hope you like the new look and will find it simple to navigate your way around. One of the advantages with the new blog is that it is now fully integrated into the Scottish Wildlife Trust’s website, making it easier to keep up-to-date with news from elsewhere in the Trust and to search for additional content.

As in previous years we will continue to provide regular osprey updates, news of other wildlife highlights, and information on forthcoming events.

We haven’t seen any ospreys at Loch of the Lowes as yet, but there have been a number of confirmed sightings from elsewhere in the UK. We’ll be sure to let you know as soon as there’s any news – last year LF15 arrived on 18 March so it should only be a matter of days.

In the meantime keep watching the osprey webcam and if you’re into social media why not follow us on Facebook or Twitter?
