The coastal footpath at first follows the cliff-top perimeter of the golf course (beware!) where we hope to see the rare Spring squill (Scilla verna) in flower near the golf course. A range of maritime plants and seabirds should be seen. Blaikie Heugh is a hotspot for interesting plants and butterflies (weather dependent).
We will meet near Gunsgreen House and golf course, Eyemouth, Berwickshire TD14 5DZ, grid reference NT 9471364299.
Booking is essential due to number restriction.
Children must be accompanied by an adult; no dogs please; stout footwear advised as the path can be uneven and muddy; no disabled access.
