Location: The Glenkens area of Dumfries and Galloway

Saving Scotland’s Red Squirrels are working in partnership with the Glenkens Red Squirrel Group to deliver red squirrel conservation in the Glenkens area. Are you passionate about red squirrels? Want to spread the word about our exciting project in your local area? Then help us raise awareness of the project by arranging and attending public events in your area.

What we are looking for:

  • availability over a period of time
  • someone able to offer ideally one day per fortnight
  • confidence in talking to the public

What you will get in return:

  • a great staff and volunteer team
  • learn new skills
