Tree planting

Celebrate National Tree Week by helping to plant a holly hedge! We are establishing a wildlife friendly hedge using evergreen holly which will provide a safe haven for many wildlife species. Come along and be part of our tree planting legacy at Oldhall Ponds Wildlife Reserve, Long Drive, Irvine, KA11 5DG.

All children must be accompanied by an adult. Dress for the weather. No dogs allowed with the exception of assistance dogs.

Booking for this event is essential. Places are limited to a small group of 18 and therefore must be booked. Please contact Harry Richards on 07785 468 601 or hrichards@scottishwildlifetrust.org.uk for further information and to reserve your place. (It is also important that Harry is able to contact attendees should the event have to be cancelled or to convey any changes to plan.)

Free event but donations welcome (suggested donation £2 per person). All donations help us to continue to bring an interesting and varied selection of events to our audience as well as supporting local wildlife causes. Please donate if you can.
