This weekend come and celebrate the beauty of spring wildflowers with a range of activities at the Loch of the Lowes visitor centre. All weekend on 17th and 18th we have Blooming Lovely family fun activities such as craft, quizzes and a flower detective trail- all free with general admission.
On Saturday the 17th from 1-3pm, the ranger is offering a Guided Walk: Get to Know Your Wildflowers. Learn to ID some familiar local flowers, and get to grips with basic methods of identification. Intermediate Wildlife Photography Course with Kevin Hacker Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th may. Back by popular demand this course offers a chance to really improve your digital photography. Learn how to improve the technical, artistic and field craft aspects of your work, with practical exercises and a field session based in hides etc. Friday evening and Saturday morning sessions, with a small group ensuring individual attention.
