We are aware that some people are still experiencing problems accessing the webcams since the streaming provider switched over last week. As referred to in previous posts, ensuring that your computer’s web browser software is up-to-date is a good starting point. Below are links to download the latest versions of the most commonly used web browsers. Simply click on them and follow the on-screen instructions.
Google Chrome: http://www.google.co.uk/chrome/intl/en-GB/landing_tv.html
Mozilla Firefox: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
Internet Explorer: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/internet-explorer/download-ie
We would recommend using either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as they will prompt you to update when a newer version of the software becomes available.
Lindsey will bring you the latest osprey news later.
