Duckling delight
Some of the early birds on the reserve have already produced families this spring.
As well as the peregrine chicks, there have also been ducklings! This family have been using the river just outside the Visitor Centre as their nursery.
They’re surprisingly speedy, doing comical sprints across the water, where they seem to be walking on the water rather than paddling in it.
